As you might guess, the number one drink to order in the American Adventure Pavilion is a classic American beer. With a wide selection of craft brews on tap, there’s a good chance you’ll find something you’ll like. We always do.

In fact, sometimes we find 2 or 3 because the American Adventure is the 1/2 way point of the World Showcase, and that deserves a toast (or two) for celebration.

But if beer isn’t your jam, don’t worry—there are a few cocktail options here (including some refreshing frozen picks) that are also delicious and extremely popular.

Just a heads-up: When we talk about ‘Drinking Around the World,’ we are focusing on the places where you can grab a quick drink and soak up all the cool atmosphere each pavilion has to offer. While Table Service restaurants often boast an extensive selection of additional drink options, we’ve chosen to spotlight the grab-and-go choices in this guide.

How much will all this cost?

Most of the drinks in the American Adventure Pavilion range from $9.00 to $14.00. Specialty brews or cocktails might run a bit higher, especially if you’re opting for something extra fancy.

Disney prices are like a roller coaster—they change all. the. time. We’ve tried listing exact prices before, only to be burned by Disney tweaking things just when we thought we had it right.

So, instead of playing that game, we’ve decided to go with averages or ranges. Just know that while the total might look a bit intimidating at first, after a couple of stops, you might not care so much about the cost anymore. Just kidding. Sort of.

Tips and Tricks

There’s more to the American Adventure Pavilion than just drinks—hard to believe, right? Sometimes we need a reminder ourselves, especially when the craft beers are calling. But considering how much we paid for those tickets, it’s worth exploring a bit more than just the brews.

If your to-do list is looking a little too drink-heavy, don’t worry. Here are some of our top tips and tricks to help you make the most of your time and discover all the patriotic goodness this pavilion has to offer:

Catch a live Show

If you are lucky enough to be visiting EPCOT during a festival, the America Gardens Theatre will be home to live musical entertainment, typically beginning in the late afternoon or early evening:

  • EPCOT International Festival of the Arts (January to February)
    • Disney on Broadway Concert Series: Features Broadway stars performing songs from Disney musicals.
  • EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival (March to May)
    • Garden Rocks Concert Series: Offers a variety of popular bands and artists from the past and present, performing classic hits and crowd favorites.
  • EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival (August to November)
    • Eat to the Beat Concert Series: Showcases a wide range of musical genres, with performances by well-known artists and bands.
  • EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays (November to December)
    • Candlelight Processional: Although not a traditional concert series, this event features a celebrity narrator retelling the Christmas story, accompanied by a 50-piece orchestra and choir.

Learn your history

If you are looking for a place to cool off, the American Adventure show inside is a great option for that.

It’s a mix of animatronics, music, and heartfelt storytelling about the history of the birth of our country. It’s a great way to soak up some history while giving your feet a break.

(It is also a great spot to grab a quick nap, too – not because we hate history, but because the heat and alcohol can really make you sleepy.)

Watch the Voices of Liberty

The Voices of Liberty is an a cappella group of singers who perform in the rotunda, and their renditions of American classics are **spine-tingling**. It’s a perfect way to relax and enjoy some incredible vocal talent while getting out of the sun.

The bathroom situation here is amazing

The American Adventure Pavilion has a large, well air-conditioned bathroom which makes it a great place for a pit stop. You’ll find it to the right of the building (as you are facing it).

Explore some art

Check out the American Heritage Gallery, which features rotating exhibits showcasing American history and culture. It’s a hidden gem that’s often overlooked. Plus, it’s inside the air conditioning.

There are lots of places to sit

Unlike some of the other pavilions, the American Adventure Pavilion has lots of tables for sitting. Some are under a covered awning (these are our favorites) which means you are out of the sun and rain.

The outdoor tables near Regale Eagle Smokehouse have umbrellas, and then there are some other tables that are just out in the open.

Tell us what you think
