So you’ve only got one day in each Disney World park? Bold move. Between the rides, the parades, the character chaos, and, let’s be honest, the bars, it can feel impossible to do it all. That’s where our one-day itineraries come in.

These aren’t stroller-hauling, character-meet marathon plans. They’re built for adults who want the best rides, the smartest strategies, and time for cocktails along the way.

Magic Kingdom One-Day Itinerary

Classic rides, fireworks, and a much-needed bar break.

Guests enter Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, with Cinderella Castle visible.

Magic Kingdom is the trickiest park to tackle in one day: tons of rides, plenty of lines, and not a lot of alcohol options. Our plan cuts through the chaos with smart sequencing, Lightning Lane tips, and a stop at Beak & Barrel for a proper cocktail break.

EPCOT One-Day Itinerary

Drink around the world…without dying before dinner.

Spaceship Earth at Epcot, with families entering the park

Think of EPCOT as two parks: headliner rides up front and a 1.2-mile bar and snack crawl around the lagoon. Our plan balances Guardians, Remy, and Frozen with strategic sips and bites so you still feel human by fireworks.

Hollywood Studios One-Day Itinerary

Cocktails, thrill rides, and how to survive Rise of the Resistance.

Entrance to Disney's Hollywood Studios with ticket booths and guests

Studios swings big: intense rides, long lines, and some of the best lounges at Disney World. Our one-day plan hits Tower, Rise, Slinky, and Runaway Railway with well-timed breaks at BaseLine Tap House and Oga’s Cantina.

Animal Kingdom One-Day Itinerary

Chill vibes, cocktails, and the safari you didn’t know was a bar crawl.

Disney's Animal Kingdom entrance with guests entering the park

Animal Kingdom is part zoo, part theme park, part excuse to have a Dawa Bar margarita before noon. Our plan threads Flight of Passage, Expedition Everest, and Kilimanjaro Safaris with the best lounges, snacks, and shady spots.
