The BEST Snacks at EPCOT (With Prices!)

Moroccan pastry

Snacking at EPCOT isn’t just something you do—at least for us, it’s a way of life.

Whether you’re sipping and strolling through the World Showcase or grabbing a quick bite between attractions, EPCOT is stacked with snacks that are basically vacation goals. We love hunting for unique treats and we’ve put together a list of all our favorites for you!

So, let’s talk about the best snacks EPCOT has to offer—because life is too short to settle for just okay snacks.

Snacking Around the World

When it comes to snacking at EPCOT, just like when you are Drinking Around the World, you’ll definitely have the most options in the World Showcase.

We are going to go into a ton more detail below, but if you just want a handy list to take with you into EPCOT, here you go:

  • Mexico: Chips & Guacamole (Choza de Margarita)
  • Norway: School Bread (Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe)
  • China: Assorted Prepackaged Snacks (House of Good Fortune Shop)
  • Germany: Giant Pretzel (Sommerfest)
  • Italy: Lemon Sorbet (Beer and Wine Cart)
  • American Adventure: Regal Eagle Kids Meal (Regal Eagle)
  • Japan: Matcha Green Tea Mochi Ice Cream (Mitsukoshi)
  • Morocco: Moroccan Pastries (Oasis Sweets & Sips)
  • France: Baguette (Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie)
  • United Kingdom: Fish and Chips (Yorkshire County Fish Shop)
  • Canada: Maple Popcorn (Canada Popcorn Cart)

Considering pairing your snacks with some drinks? Check out our post on The Best Drinks in EPCOT for our recommendations.

Pro tip: Eating your way through EPCOT is always better during festival season because the EPCOT festivals are basically EPCOT’s way of saying, “Calories don’t matter at Walt Disney World.”

Things kick off with the EPCOT Festival of the Arts in January and February, where even the food looks like it belongs in a museum. Then it’s straight into the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival from March to May (hello, garden-inspired snacks and drinks).

Right after that, the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival takes over from late summer through November, because what’s fall without wine and tiny plates? And to wrap up the year, the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays runs from Thanksgiving to December 30, featuring festive bites that’ll have you singing carols all the way back to your resort.

If you are visiting EPCOT during one of the festivals, you’ll have even more snack options in the World Showcase – so be sure to check out those menus (they change every year and for every festival), too!

Must Eat Snacks in Mexico

In Mexico you can get things like Empanadas and Churros (La Cantina de San Angel) or even warm Elote (Choza de Margarita). But, our favorite snack in Mexico is definitely the Guacamole (paired with a tasty margarita, of course!) from Choza de Margarita.

Chips and Guacamole at Choza de Margarita

Type of Item: Snack
Where to Find It: Choza de Margarita
Average Price: $11.00
Our Rating:

Description: A slightly spicy guacamole topped with pumpkin seeds and mango chunks and served with tortilla chips.

Why We Love It: While you can get chips and guacamole at several places in the Mexico Pavilion, this one is our favorite because it has a little bit of heat and the pumpkin seeds and mango add some unique flavors.

Must Eat Snacks in Norway

In Norway, there aren’t typically as many options for snacks. Plus unlike all the other pavilions in the World Showcase, Norway doesn’t usually have a Festival booth (there just isn’t much room for one).

But, while this pavilion doesn’t have a ton of places selling snacks, if you venture inside Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe you can find tasty treats like Lefse (traditional Norwegian flatbread rolled up with cinnamon, sugar, and butter), Kringla (a pretzel-shaped pastry available in sweet variations like almond or chocolate), and our favorite – School Bread.

Norway School Bread

Type of Item: Snack
Where to Find It: Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe
Average Price: $4.80
Our Rating:

Description: A cardamom-spiced sweet roll filled with custard and coated with toasted coconut.

Why We Love It: This snack gets a lot of hype and we think it deserves it. It’s a great value, the custard to roll ratio is perfect, and the sweetness is mild and not overbearing.

Must Eat Snacks in China

The China Pavilion is a difficult one for us to love because the food and drinks here are really hit or miss. This pavilion does have a booth in every festival, but while it always seems popular, we don’t usually think it is worth the hype.

Instead, when grabbing a snack here we love to head inside the stores and grab some of the packaged snacks straight from China.

Snacks in the House of Good Fortune store in China Pavilion

Type of Item: Snack
Where to Find It: House of Good Fortune Shop
Average Price: $5.00-$10.00
Our Rating:

Description: A variety of chips, candy, mochi, noodles, and more are available to purchase in the House of Good Fortune Shop.

Why We Love It: Most of the quick-service snack options in the China pavilion are similar to what you would receive at any fast-food Chinese restaurant and they are pretty boring. But the prepackaged options in the store and kiosks are unique and authentic and there is a decent variety.

Must Eat Snacks in Germany

As big fans of beer, we could probably stay in the Germany Pavilion for half a day. But not only is the beer here great, especially the selections you can find at the festival booth, but the snacks here are tasty, too!

If you’re looking for something sweet, you’ll want to head directly to Karamell-Küche (you can even mobile order here if you want). There you’ll find an entire store dedicated to caramel flavored treats, including Caramel Popcorn, Caramel Butter Bars, and even Caramel Apples.

But if you’re looking for something savory, our favorite pick is the giant pretzels. Not only do they help soak up some of the drinks you may have been consuming, but they are also huge and perfect for sharing so you’ll keep space free in your stomach for more snacks (and drinks!).

Pretzel from Germany in Epcot

Type of Item: Snack
Where to Find It: Sommerfest
Average Price: $11.50
Our Rating:

Description: A large, soft Bavarian pretzel. Simple as that. Mustard available.

Must Eat Snacks in Italy

Italy is packed with places to grab both drinks and snacks.

At the kiosks in the pavilion, you can get Italian classics like Tiramisu, Cannoli, and Gelato. You can also get some amazing old-world Gelato (including floats and shakes) from Gelateria Toscana.

Want something more filling? There is even a seasonal pizza window (Pizza al Taglio) where you can get pizza by the slice. But, by the time we make it to the Italy Pavilion we are usually ready for something a bit lighter – like some simple lemon sorbet.

One thing we don’t recommend, though, is the festival booth. It is typically expensive and the drinks and snacks just aren’t that good.

lemon sorbet from the beer and wine cart in italy in epcot

Type of Item: Snack
Where to Find It: Beer and Wine Cart
Average Price: $5.50
Our Rating:

Description: A small cup of lemon sorbet.

Why We Love It: Is this just prepackaged sorbet? Yes. Is it the best thing we’ve ever eaten? No. Does it help cleanse the palate while also providing icy relief from the sweltering Florida sun? Yes. Have we made our case for this snack? Unclear, but I hope so.

Must Eat Snacks in the American Adventure Pavilion

The American Adventure Pavilion has American classics like Turkey Legs and Funnel Cakes, which are fine, just know they are both pretty messy.

If you’re feeling snacky in the American Adventure Pavilion, you might be tempted by some of the BBQ offerings at Regal Eagle Smokehouse. And while the ribs and brisket are great for a full meal, if you’re in snack mode, the kids meals here are an underrated (and budget friendly!) option.

We think it’s the perfect way to get a taste of their barbecue without overloading, leaving plenty of room for more snacks around the World Showcase.

Regal Eagle American Adventure Mac and Cheese in epcot

Type of Item: Snack
Where to Find It: Regal Eagle Smokehouse
Average Price: $9.00
Our Rating:

Description: Entree, choice of 2 sides, and a fountain beverage.

Why We Love It: This is an unconventional choice, but we LOVE the side dishes at Regal Eagle. And, if you order a kids meal, you get the main dish plus your choice of two side dishes. Our favorite thing to do here is order the Kids Chicken Tenders with the Beer-battered Onion Rings and the House Made Pickles. You can mobile order this and cool off inside Regal Eagle while you snack.

Must Eat Snacks in Japan

The Japan Pavilion is a packaged snack lover’s paradise, especially if you head inside the massive Mitsukoshi Department Store.

Here, you’ll find all sorts of fun treats, like Pocky, exotic-flavored Kit Kats, and even savory rice crackers. If you’re in the mood for something hot, the Katsura Grill quick-service spot serves up options like chicken teriyaki bowls and miso soup and if you want something cold, Kabuki Cafe has Kakigōri shaved ice.

But our favorite snack in Japan has to be the Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream from Mitsukoshi. It’s creamy, refreshing, and something we can’t get at home (which makes it fun!).

Type of Item: Snack
Where to Find It: Mitsukoshi
Average Price: $8.00
Our Rating:

Description: Creamy ice cream wrapped in a chewy, sweet mochi shell infused with matcha green tea flavors.

Why We Love It: This comes with 6 pieces which makes it easily shareable. And love the unique matcha green tea flavor. If this isn’t your thing, check out the other fun snack options available for sale inside Mitsukoshi shop.

Must Eat Snacks in Morocco

The Morocco Pavilion is full of hidden gems when it comes to snacks that not only taste good, but are also easy on the pocketbook.

When we are looking for something savory, we head to Tangierine Café where you can get kebobs and bread with assorted dips – both of which are fantastic. Tangierine Café is also home to the festival offerings, so you’ll also have the option to check out one of those selections, too.

However, if you’re craving something sweet, you absolutely need to stop by Oasis Sweets and Sips for their Moroccan pastries. Our favorite? The baklava! It’s perfectly flaky, with just the right amount of honey and nuts. Pair it with Moroccan mint tea (another one of our favorites!) for the ultimate treat.

Pastries Morocco at Epcot

Type of Item: Snack
Where to Find It: Oasis Sweets & Sips
Average Price: 1 for $3.00, 3 for $6.75, 5 for 11.50, or 7 for $15.75.
Our Rating:

Description: Choice of Moroccan sweets including Baklava, Ergolavos, Almond Chrieba, Semolina-Orange Basbousa Cake, Mosaic Cookie with Apricot Jam (plus more).

Why We Love It: A wonderful variety of unique pastries at incredibly affordable prices. We love that you can sample several items without breaking the bank. Plus, they’re all well-executed, and at least one of them is a work of art.

Must Eat Snacks in France

Not gonna lie – it was REALLY hard to narrow down our top picks in the France Pavilion.

You can get both sweet and savory crêpes at Crêpes à Emporter, and incredible ice cream creations (like the Croque Glace) at L’Artisan des Glaces. And, we can’t forget the pastries like eclairs, macarons, and tart sat Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie

But for us, it doesn’t get any better than the fresh baguette from Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie. It’s simple, classic, and extremely inexpensive for WDW. You can get a half loaf or full loaf, and it pairs amazing with a glass of French wine!

Type of Item: Snack
Where to Find It: Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie
Average Price: $4.00
Our Rating:

Description: Freshly baked baguette, available as a full loaf or half. Perfect for sharing.

Why We Love It: This baguette is easily one of the best value snacks in all of Disney World, and it’s downright delicious. We love to walk around Aladdin-style taking bites straight from the whole baguette. I like to think this makes us cultured.

Must Eat Snacks in the United Kingdom

To be honest, the United Kingdom Pavilion doesn’t have a ton of snack options. But we forgive that sin considering it has one of our most favorite bars in EPCOT.

But, if you are looking for something to eat, our favorite snack in the UK has to be the Fish & Chips from Yorkshire County Fish Shop. The crispy golden batter on the fish, paired with thick-cut chips, is comfort food at its finest. Add a splash of malt vinegar, and it’s just *chef’s kiss*.

One meal is plenty for sharing (if you’re just looking to snack) and the tables along the water makes it an easy spot to just chill out and relax for a bit.

Type of Item: Snack
Where to Find It: Yorkshire County Fish Shop
Average Price: $13.50
Our Rating:

Description: Signature dish, featuring crispy battered fish fillets served with thick-cut fries (chips).

Why We Love It: Beer-battered fish, perfectly fried and served with fries (or “chips” if we’re being proper), is our ideal snack. We love that the portion size is generous enough to share—it’s practically begging to be enjoyed with an ice-cold beer in hand!

Must Eat Snacks in Canada

Like the United Kingdom Pavilion, the Canada Pavilion is also lacking in snacks.

You can sneak over to the Refreshment Port which is RIGHT next to the Canada Pavilion to get some poutine (always a win in our book). But if you want to stay inside the actual pavilion area itself, your best option will be either the festival booth (if it is open) or our favorite – the Maple Popcorn.

Available at the outdoor popcorn cart, this popcorn is delicious. Plus, it smells as good as it tastes!

maple popcorn canada at epcot

Type of Item: Snack
Where to Find It: Canada Popcorn Cart
Average Price: $6.50
Our Rating:

Description: Freshly popped popcorn coated with a sweet maple syrup glaze.

Why We Love It: This snack hits the sweet spot with just the right amount of maple syrupy goodness, and popcorn is perfect for munching on the move. You can also get refills in the refillable popcorn buckets, making it a doubly satisfying snack experience.

Tips for Snacking Around the EPCOT World Showcase

Start Early
If you want to pace yourself, hit the World Showcase right when it opens. You’ll avoid the lunchtime crowds and have time to space out your snacking.

Share Snacks
Sharing is key if you want to try multiple snacks without getting too full. Split a pretzel in Germany, share a School Bread in Norway, and keep your stomach ready for the next stop.

Stay Hydrated
Especially if you’re pairing snacks with drinks, make sure you’re sipping water along the way. You can grab free cups of water at any quick-service spot.

Plan for Festivals
If it’s festival season (and let’s be real, it probably is), take advantage of the extra booths. Check out the menus ahead of time so you don’t miss the best bites.

Balance Sweet and Savory
Too many sweet snacks in a row can leave you feeling sluggish. Alternate between sweet and savory to keep your taste buds happy and your energy up.

Skip the Full Meals
If your goal is to snack, skip the sit-down restaurants and big entrees. Stick to quick-service locations, festival booths, or snack carts to keep the focus on smaller bites.

Don’t Overlook the Drinks
Many snacks have the perfect drink pairing. Whether it’s margaritas in Mexico, beer in Germany, or wine in France, treat yourself to a sippable companion for your snack.

Keep Mobile Order in Mind
Some snack spots like Karamell-Küche in Germany and Katsura Grill in Japan allow mobile ordering. Use it to skip the lines and save time.

Save Room for Favorites
If you know you have to grab School Bread in Norway or a macaron in France, plan around those must-haves and make sure to leave space for them.

Bring a Bag
If you find packaged snacks (like in Japan or China) that you want to try later, stash them in a bag. It’s a great way to extend the snacking fun!

Pace Yourself
You don’t have to hit every pavilion in one go. Take breaks to enjoy a ride or show, then come back to snacking with a fresh appetite.
