FAQ: Disney Bar Crawls
Do I need a park ticket to do a Disney bar crawl?
Not for every crawl. The Monorail, Skyliner, BoardWalk, and Disney Springs crawls don’t require park tickets at all. But EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Magic Kingdom crawls do, and you’ll need a Park Hopper if you’re trying to mix parks in the same day.
How much does a Disney bar crawl cost?
Plan on $12–$20+ per drink, plus tax and tip. A full EPCOT crawl with food and drinks can easily hit $150–$200 per person. Want to budget smarter? Check out our full cost breakdown.
Can kids come on the Monorail or Skyliner bar crawl?
Technically, yes; kids can be in most of these lounges during the day. But if you’re planning to make it a full-on drinking adventure, leave the little ones with a sitter and make it a grown-up night.

What’s the best time of day for bar hopping at Disney World?
Late morning or early afternoon is the sweet spot. You’ll beat the evening crowds, have better luck grabbing tables, and still make it back to your resort in time for a nap or dinner reservation. The exception: Disney Springs. We think it’s more fun in the evening.
Do I need reservations for a Disney bar crawl?
Not everywhere, but a few spots are nearly impossible to walk into. Trader Sam’s (Polynesian), Oga’s Cantina (Hollywood Studios), and Topolino’s Terrace (Riviera Resort) are worth booking ahead or in the case of Trader Sam’s where they don’t have reservations, joining the waitlist early in the day.

Can I do more than one crawl in a trip?
Absolutely. EPCOT one day, Monorail or Skyliner another, and Disney Springs is perfect for an arrival or departure night. Just pace yourself; back-to-back crawls are not for the faint of liver.
What’s the best crawl for a first-timer?
EPCOT is the classic, but the Monorail crawl is easier logistically (no park ticket required, reliable transportation, and a manageable number of stops). If you want something super chill, try the Skyliner route for a relaxed resort-day vibe.

Can you take your drink to-go?
For most stops on the inside the park crawls, yes! Your drinks can’t leave the park, but in most cases, you can carry your beverages with you inside the park. For the other crawls, though, you’ll primarily need to finish your drink where you bought it.
Planning Tips for Any Disney Bar Crawl
Hydrate early and often
Florida heat + strong Disney pours = a recipe for regret. Start drinking water before your crawl and keep a bottle handy throughout the day.

Eat between stops
Even if you think you can handle back-to-back drinks, your future self will thank you for grabbing a pretzel in Germany or some fries at Nomad Lounge.

Know your limits
The goal is fun, not being “that guest.” Pace yourself (especially on the EPCOT or Monorail crawls) and don’t feel like you have to drink at every stop.
Plan your transportation
Disney transportation is your best friend. Monorails, Skyliner, buses, and boats will get you where you need to go, and rideshares are easy backups if you’re staying off-site.

Make key reservations
Some spots, like Trader Sam’s, Oga’s Cantina, or Topolino’s Terrace, are much better with a reservation or an early check-in. Build those into your crawl plan if they’re must-dos.

Timing matters
Lounges often open around 11 a.m., but some don’t get going until late afternoon. Plan your route so you’re not staring at a closed bar (we’ve made that mistake for you).
Bring your ID
Disney doesn’t care if you “look old enough.” No ID at Disney World = no drink, even if you’re obviously 40.
Pace your budget
Drinks at Disney range from $12–$20+ each, so a full crawl can add up fast. Decide up front if you’re splurging or just sampling a couple of highlights.
Time to Plan Your Disney Bar Crawl
Whether you’re planning your first crawl or you’re a seasoned pro, these guides will help you do it smarter (and with better drinks).

Start with the crawl that fits your vibe, bookmark the others for later, and let Disney handle the transportation while you sip your way around property. Cheers to the best kind of Disney magic: the boozy kind.
