Bars & Lounges That Require a Reservation (and Book Fast)
These aren’t just good bars, they’re destination spots that we look forward to visiting on our trips.
GEO-82 Lounge (EPCOT)
Best For: Adults-only vibes, clarified cocktails, fireworks views

The newest lounge in EPCOT, and already one of the hardest to book. GEO-82 is hidden inside Spaceship Earth and feels like Disney finally admitted adults deserve nice things. The design is sleek, the drinks are refined, and the view of Luminous from here? Incredible.
Want to learn more? Here’s our full GEO-82 review (fireworks, cocktails, and all).
Pro Tip: Snag the fireworks package if you can. You’ll get the view, the vibes, and champagne in your hand while everyone else is fighting for a spot outside.
Space 220 Lounge (EPCOT)
Best For: Out-of-this-world theming, wine in zero gravity

To save some money, skip the full prix fixe dinner and head straight to the lounge. You’ll still ride the space elevator, take in the galactic view, and sip cocktails among the stars, but you won’t be locked into a three-course meal. Easier to snag than the main restaurant, but still in high demand.
Oga’s Cantina (Hollywood Studios)
Best For: Immersive theming, wild drinks, Star Wars fans

Where else can you sip a cocktail that numbs your lips while a DJ droid drops remixed beats? Oga’s is loud, chaotic, and capped at 45 minutes per reservation, but it’s a blast. The drinks are theatrical, the vibe is immersive, and it’s basically required Star Wars fan behavior.
The Beak and Barrel (Magic Kingdom – Coming Soon!)
Best For: Drinking at Magic Kingdom, pirate vibes, immersive storytelling

Sound the cannons: Magic Kingdom is finally getting a real bar. This Pirates of the Caribbean-themed lounge is run by a legendary rumrunner (Captain Merry) and her loudmouth parrot Rummy, with cursed shipwreck decor, enchanted bottles of rum, and possibly the best theming Magic Kingdom has ever seen.
We don’t know the full menu yet, but drinks and bites “for pirates of all ages” are confirmed. If this place delivers on the grog and ambiance? It might just shift the tide for Magic Kingdom drinking entirely.
Pro Tip: Watch for soft opening dates because this one’s going to be a hot reservation the second it drops.
Dining Reservations with Great Booze Pairings
These table-service spots combine excellent drinks with food that’s actually worth sitting down for. Wine lists, moonshine, and rooftop cocktails incoming.
Wine Bar George (Disney Springs)
Best For: Wine lovers, brunch, laid-back sophistication

Owned by a Master Sommelier and backed by an A+ wine list, this spot balances wine nerd cred with Disney ease. Frozcato is the house legend, but the real magic is in the flights. Go for brunch or pre-theater sips.
Pro Tip: The outdoor balcony is underrated, in our opinions. Ask to sit upstairs for people-watching over the plaza.
Homecomin’ (Disney Springs)
Best For: Southern comfort, moonshine cocktails, boozy brunch

Farm-to-table meets fried chicken meets moonshine. Brunch here is practically a rite of passage (Moonshine Mash or Sweet Tea Shine mandatory). And yes, the cheddar drop biscuits are as good as the drinks.
Pro Tip: Can’t get a brunch reservation? Try a walk-up at the bar.
Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera (Riviera Resort)
Best For: Skyline views, rooftop cocktails, dinner dates

Skip the character breakfast and book dinner. The French-Italian menu is refined but still fun, and the cocktails are strong contenders for best on Disney property. Ask for a window seat. The Riviera skyline hits different after two cocktails.
Pro Tip: Consider continuing on after dinner with a Skyliner Crawl. It’s one of our favorite ways to spend some time out of the parks.
California Grill (Contemporary Resort)
Best For: Fireworks, fine wine, special occasions

Classic for a reason. California Grill still nails the upscale-but-not-stuffy balance. The wine list is stacked, the cocktails are creative, and the fireworks view from the observation deck is iconic.
Pro Tip: Book during fireworks or save your receipt because they’ll let you back in to watch if your meal ends earlier in the day.
Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood (Gran Destino Tower, Coronado Springs)
Best For: Rooftop sangria, small plates, low-key luxe

It’s criminal how underrated this place is. Rooftop sangria + grown-up energy = elite pre-fireworks vibes. Think upscale Spanish cuisine, well-balanced cocktails, and sangria that actually tastes handcrafted. The design is slick and the vibe is grown-up without being fussy.
Pro Tip: Coronado Springs has several bars on property, including Three Bridges, so you can make an evening of it if you wanted it.
Jiko – The Cooking Place (Animal Kingdom Lodge)
Best For: Wine pairings, global flavors, quiet atmospheres

If you’re into wine, especially rare South African varities, this is your spot. The food is rich and layered, the service is excellent, and it feels like a true escape from the parks.
Pro Tip: Pair this with a pre-dinner walk through the resort’s savanna views or Victoria Falls Lounge.
Flying Fish (BoardWalk)
Best For: Seafood, wine, and a post-dinner BoardWalk stroll

A solid pick for when you want an upscale dinner without it feeling too formal. Flying Fish delivers serious seafood and a well-curated wine list, but feels breezy, not buttoned-up.
Pro Tip: Head to AbracadaBar or BoardWalk Ice Cream after; both are just steps away.
Dining Experiences with Drinks and Views
These premium packages include alcohol and prime fireworks views. They’re pricey, but they sell out for a reason.
Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package (EPCOT)
Location: World Showcase – United Kingdom Pavilion
Best For: Full-service meal + fireworks, unlimited drinks, classic EPCOT energy

This is the OG fireworks dining package, and it still is our favorite. You’ll get a waterfront table, unlimited beer/wine/cocktails, and uninterrupted views of Luminous: The Symphony of Us.
Spice Road Table Fireworks Dining Package (EPCOT)
Location: World Showcase – Morocco Pavilion
Best For: Sangria lovers, Mediterranean bites, low-stress bookings

The vibe here is much more relaxed than Rose & Crown, but the views aren’t quite as good. This is a good backup if Rose & Crown is sold out, but it wouldn’t be our first choice if the fireworks are your main priority.
Celebration at the Top – Sip, Savor, Sparkle (Contemporary Resort)
Location: California Grill Lounge, Contemporary Resort
Best For: Rooftop fireworks, upscale bites, adults-only energy

A cocktail party with serious views. You’ll sip wine, champagne, and cocktails, nibble on sushi and small plates, then head to a private fireworks deck. It’s Disney luxury without the need for a prix fixe dinner.
Pro Tip: No park ticket required. Dress up a little since this one feels fancier than most.
Seats & Sweets Dessert Party (Magic Kingdom)
Location: Tomorrowland Terrace, Magic Kingdom
Best For: Booze with fireworks, Magic Kingdom views, low-effort fun

Beer and wine are included (which, if you’ve ever tried to exit MK after fireworks, is very necessary). Desserts are fine, but the reserved seating and booze are the real perks here.
Pro Tip: This is the only Magic Kingdom dessert party with actual chairs. Your feet will thank you.
Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise (Seven Seas Lagoon)
Location: Departs from TTC
Best For: Drinks on the water, views without the crowds, party energy
You’ll board a ferry, eat sparkly desserts, sip drinks, and watch fireworks from the middle of the lagoon. It’s a little cheesy, a little magical, and a lot more fun after a cocktail or two.
Small-Group Tastings & Boozy Extras (Reservations Required)
These small-group, drink-focused experiences go fast, and they’re worth stalking reservations for.
La Cava Experience (EPCOT – Mexico Pavilion)
Best For: Tequila lovers, mezcal nerds, rare agave spirits

This premium tasting is hosted inside La Hacienda de San Angel (not the tequila cave!) and led by a certified Tequila Ambassador. You’ll sip rare agave spirits (some exclusive to this experience) paired with small flavor bites to bring out the notes. It’s intimate, educational, and tequila-before-noon encouraged.
- $180 per person (includes gratuity)
- Book in advance (same-day not available online)
- EPCOT admission and park reservation required
- Book it
Pro Tip: This isn’t a full meal, expect chips and guac only, so plan to eat before or after.
Sangria University (Coronado Springs Resort)
Best For: Brunch energy, DIY cocktails, group fun

Held on weekends only, this laid-back class walks you through the history and recipes of sangria at Three Bridges. You’ll taste four house-made sangrias, nibble a light appetizer, and craft your own sangria with fresh fruit and base spirits. It’s a surprisingly solid way to start a Sunday.
- $69–$79 per person (prepaid)
- Saturdays & Sundays, approx. 2 hours
- Premium spirit upgrades available
- Book it
Pro Tip: Book late morning and hang out afterward, Three Bridges has one of the best lakefront lounges on property. And yes, non-drinkers can attend (they’ll get a non-alcoholic flight).
