Rose & Crown Pimm’s Cup Recipe (EPCOT Copycat)

Pimm's Cup in a plastic cup with crushed ice, strawberry, cucumber, and mint on the bar at Rose & Crown Pub in EPCOT

The Pimm’s Cup at Rose & Crown is cold, fruity, and won’t knock you flat halfway around World Showcase. It’s light, it’s pretty, and at $16 it’s one of the better deals at the pub.

It’s also the easiest EPCOT drink to make at home. Three ingredients plus whatever fruit is in your fridge, and you’re basically sitting on the patio in the United Kingdom pavilion.

Below is what’s in the Rose & Crown version and our Pimm’s Cup recipe, whether you’re making one glass or a whole pitcher.

What Is the Pimm’s Cup at EPCOT?

The Pimm’s Cup is a cocktail served at Rose & Crown Pub and Rose & Crown Dining Room in EPCOT’s United Kingdom pavilion. Disney’s menu lists it as Pimm’s No. 1 and Sprite, topped with mint, strawberry, and cucumber. It was $16 on the printed menu when we were there in October 2026.

It was even better than I remembered. It’s a little tart, and you can definitely taste the gin, but it’s refreshing and SO easy to drink. If you aren’t sure you like gin yet, this is a great first gin cocktail to try.

At the pub, it comes in a short plastic cup packed with crushed ice, topped with a strawberry slice, a cucumber slice, and a big sprig of mint.

What Is Pimm’s No. 1?

Pimm’s No. 1 is a gin-based liqueur from England, flavored with fruit and spices. On its own it tastes a little like sweet tea with orange peel and a hint of bitterness.

It’s also lower in alcohol than most liquor. The bottle you’ll find in the US is 50 proof, so a Pimm’s Cup is a much gentler drink than a cocktail built on straight gin or vodka. That’s a big part of why we like it at the pub, since you can enjoy a full drink and still have plenty of pavilions left in you.

Why Does Rose & Crown Use Sprite?

In the UK, a classic Pimm’s Cup is made with Pimm’s and lemonade. BUT, British lemonade is a clear, fizzy lemon-lime soda, a lot like Sprite or 7UP, so it’s a different drink from the cloudy lemonade you buy here.

So when Disney mixes Pimm’s with Sprite, they’re not taking a shortcut. That’s the closest American match to the real thing.

If you want to try it with American lemonade anyway, go for it. You’ll get a sweeter, cloudier drink with no fizz, which some people love.

Where to Get a Pimm’s Cup at EPCOT

You have two choices in the UK pavilion. Rose & Crown Pub is the walk-up bar, and Rose & Crown Dining Room is the Table Service restaurant next door, where you’ll need an Advance Dining Reservation (ADR).

The pub is the easy pick for a crawl. You walk up, order, and take your drink outside or grab a spot at the bar if one opens up. At night, expect a crowd. Our Rose & Crown Pub review covers the full drink list and what we’d skip.

Our Pimm’s Cup, fresh from a very busy bar.

On our last trip, we ordered at the pub bar around 8 pm, and it was three people deep. Getting a drink took some perseverance. Once we had them, we took them outside and sipped as we walked toward The American Adventure.

People were already claiming spots for the fireworks. We were in the park for the runDisney after party, and we’ve seen the EPCOT fireworks more times than we can count. It was raining a little, so we grabbed a table under the awning at The American Adventure, listened to the live music, and relaxed. Sipping and walking is exactly what this drink is good for.

Heads up: Rose & Crown Pub and Rose & Crown Dining Room both close for refurbishment on January 11, 2027. Disney says they’ll reopen later in 2027 but hasn’t given a date yet. If your trip lands in that window, the recipe below is your Pimm’s Cup.

Is the Pimm’s Cup Worth It?

Yes. At $16, it’s not cheap, but it’s one of the few cocktails in World Showcase that feels refreshing instead of heavy or syrupy.

If you’re stuck choosing between the Pimm’s Cup and the Rosé Spritz at the pub, get the Pimm’s. Both are light and fruity, and the Rosé Spritz is $19, so the Pimm’s saves you $3.

It’s also a safe choice if you don’t want a sugar crash halfway through your crawl. If you’re about to keep going into France for a slush, a Pimm’s is the smart order in the UK.

How to Make a Pimm’s Cup at Home

This one takes about two minutes, and you build it right in the glass, so you don’t need a shaker.

We’ve made this at home, and it’s just about as good as the pub version. The only thing missing is the fun atmosphere.

Use crushed ice if you can, since that’s how Rose & Crown serves it. A short glass gets you closest to the pub’s cup.

Find a Bottle of Pimm’s No. 1

Most larger liquor stores carry Pimm’s No. 1, usually near the gin or the liqueurs. If your local store doesn’t stock it, ask them to order it. It keeps for a long time once it’s open, so one bottle goes a long way.

Go Heavy on the Fruit

The fruit is half the fun. Slice your cucumber thin so it releases its flavor, and halve your strawberries so the juice gets into the drink.

Give the mint a quick clap between your hands before you add it. That wakes up the oils, and you’ll smell it every time you take a sip.

Use Cold Soda

Pour your Sprite straight from the fridge, because warm soda melts the ice fast and loses its fizz. A flat Pimm’s Cup is a sad Pimm’s Cup.

Pimm’s Cup FAQs

At Rose & Crown Pub and Rose & Crown Dining Room, both in the United Kingdom pavilion in World Showcase. The pub is walk-up, and the Dining Room needs a reservation.

How much is the Pimm’s Cup at Rose & Crown?

It was $16 on the Rose & Crown menu in October 2026, before tax. Prices change often, so check the My Disney Experience app before you go.

What’s in the Rose & Crown Pimm’s Cup?

Disney lists Pimm’s No. 1 and Sprite, topped with mint, strawberry, and cucumber. Our copycat uses the same ingredients.

Is Rose & Crown closing?

Yes, for a while. Rose & Crown Pub and Rose & Crown Dining Room both close for refurbishment on January 11, 2027, and Disney says they’ll reopen later in 2027. Check the My Disney Experience app for the latest before your trip.

How strong is a Pimm’s Cup?

Lighter than most cocktails. Pimm’s No. 1 is 50 proof in the US, and it gets topped with a lot of soda, so it’s a good pick when you want to pace yourself.

Can I make a pitcher of Pimm’s Cup?

Yes, and this is the best way to make it for a party. Mix one 750 ml bottle of Pimm’s No. 1 with 1.5 liters of cold Sprite in a big pitcher. Toss in two sliced cucumbers and a pint of halved strawberries with a big handful of mint.

Add the soda right before your guests arrive so it stays fizzy, and pour over ice.

Can I make a non-alcoholic Pimm’s Cup?

You can make something close. Skip the Pimm’s and mix Sprite with a splash of cold black tea and a squeeze of orange. Then load it up with cucumber, strawberry, and mint like normal.

A Pub Drink for Your Patio

If you’re stopping at Rose & Crown on your next trip, order the Pimm’s Cup and take it for a walk around World Showcase. Cucumber, mint, and a cold glass in the Florida heat is a pretty good way to spend $16.
